Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We specialise in:

  • General metal fabrication

  • Custom automotive fabrication

  • Performance tuning and ECU remapping

  • Related repair, restoration, and one-off projects

All work will be carried out as agreed in writing, including job specifications, pricing, and timelines.
 

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is based on the scope provided at the time of quotation. Changes to the scope may result in a revised quote.

  • All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
     

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure booking and commencement of work.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion of work, prior to collection or delivery.

  • We accept Cash, Bank transfer.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.
     

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 2 days of deposit payment to be eligible for a refund.

  • After this period, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Jobs may be rescheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
     

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate specifications, drawings, or reference materials where applicable.

  • Ensure vehicles or equipment are delivered in a safe, accessible condition.

  • Notify us of any modifications, issues, or conditions that may affect the work.
     

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We warrant that our work will be free from defects in workmanship for 1 Year from the date of completion.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Wear and tear from normal use

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

    • Alterations or repairs made by third parties

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or replacing the product, at our discretion.
     

7. Performance Modifications & Legal Compliance

  • Certain automotive modifications (including ECU remapping and DPF/EGR deletes) may not be legal for road use in all jurisdictions.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • We accept no liability for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from modifications.
     

8. Risk & Title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

  • Title remains with us until payment is received in full.
     

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any designs, plans, or prototypes created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service or product in question.
     

11. Privacy

  • We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
     

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
